About

I have started this blog not because I think I’m the best writer, chef, mother, and who knows what else (oh yeah dog lover), but because I would love to converse with people who love the same things I do. You know what they say about two heads are better than one, so on the world wide web, we should be pure fluid motion of genius. (too bad my spell check had to fix my misspelling of genius).

I am a mother of three teenagers. Been married for 24 years. Have four dogs. Love all eight of them. I love almost any form of working out from kickboxing, kettle bells, swimming, kayaking, to hiking and boot camp classes. (I really hate running though).

My passion for writing started with bedtime stories of Winnie-the-Pooh. My father would read to me with his radio announcer voice, and do all the sound effects. I have a deep longing in my heart to inspire teens and young adults to become all that they were created to be.

This is where the Blog comes in. Inkspiring is a three fold chord consisting of inspiring you Physically, spiritually, and intellectually. I will be posting recipes, poetry, and an advice column. I would love to hear from you by following my inspirations, making comments, and telling others about Inkspiring.
