Recipes From A Writer On A Deadline

While typing my fingers to the bone I have not surfaced until it’s minutes away from dinner and my three hungry teens along with their friends come looking for me to ask me, “What’s for dinner?”I had to post these two recipes that ended up becoming an amazing surprise. Meaning I just threw them together and was utterly shocked they tasted so good.

Any boneless/ skinless white fish fillets on top of the asparagus.5. sprinkle lemon pepper and slices fresh lemons on the fish.6. in a saucepan mix on med. low heat 1c. Greek yogurt,1/4 parm., 2 wedges laughing cow light Swiss cheese, 2 Tbs. butter, salt and pepper. 7. Pour sauce over fish and bake at 350 until cooked.

The second one is from pinterest
